Shipping


United Kingdom
Once your order has been placed we aim to ship within 1-3 business working days. 
Free delivery applies within the UK. We ship all our items via Royal Mail Special delivery tracked and signed next day delivery before 1pm. Once your item has been shipped you will receive the tracking information. 


International
International orders are via RoyalMail tracked and signed, typically they arrive between 7-10 working days. We can offer Fedex express shipping for an additional £85, you will receive your item within 1-3 days. Please note we do not ship to Israel. 


We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping estimates are not guaranteed, delays may occur with our delivery partners which are out of our control.  All orders do require a signature.


Returns


If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We have a 14-day return policy, whereby you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. The item must be in its original packaging. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • -Damaged 
  • -Items on sale
  • -Items on layaway 
  • -Rings that have been resized. 
  • -Custom or personalised orders


The original delivery costs are non refundable. The sender is responsible for posting the item safely back to us and tracking the package. Please allow us 3-7 working to inspect the piece and issue the return to you on the same card that you paid for.

In the rare occasion that you receive a piece of jewellery and a stone is missing please kindly send us an email and we will replace and repair your item for you. 

At King Antiques we source rare and unique pieces from all different jewellery periods, our personal favourite eras being Georgian and Victorian. We try to find beautiful jewellery that will tell a story and continue to be an heirloom in your family. Where we can we convert not so wearable pieces such as brooches and stick pins into pendants and rings so they hopefully can be re-homed and worn in a more conventional way.
